The Droid Life Show Episode 64 is Leaving South Beach, Headed Back to Cleveland

We gathered this past Wednesday night for Episode 64 of The Droid Life Show, discussing topics which included the LG G3, our Android Wear device reviews, and broke LG’s announcement of the G3 Beat live on air. LG has a tendency to announce products while we are doing our shows, so that helps to spice up the action a little bit.

In addition, we talked about the upcoming Xperia Z3 headed through the FCC, Google+ allowing you to use whatever name you would like, and had leftover time for a full Q&A. As the cherry on top, we discussed the week’s top apps and games for anyone who relies on us to always inform them of the best titles for their devices.

The Droid Life Show: Episode 64

The DL crew is back at it tonight for Episode 64 of The Droid Life Show, taking place at its usual time of 6pm Pacific, 9pm Eastern. Our show this evening will consist heavily of LG G3 talk, along with more discussion of Android Wear and the wearable market in general. Now that we have posted our complete Android Wear reviews for the G Watch and Gear Live, we have a few parting words for these devices and anyone thinking about picking one up.

Along with the G3 and Android Wear talk, we will also host a viewer Q&A session where anyone can send us questions, which we will then answer live on air. That would be a perfect time to ask us which Android Wear device you should buy or if you should purchase an LG G3 over any other device currently available. Or maybe you should wait for the Moto X+1? We shall see.

Droid Life Show Episode 63 Celebrates ‘Murica With You This Weekend

Last night, the DL crew returned after a couple of week vacation for episode 63 of the Droid Life Show. With travel and Google I/O interrupting our regularly scheduled programming, you can imagine that we had plenty to talk about.

Topics included the entire Google I/O schedule, which was filled with more announcements than a single DL Show could possibly contain. We trimmed it down to the big stuff, like Android L and Wear, before briefly touching on Auto, TV, new Chromecast goodies, and confirmation that Nexus is here to stay for the time being. We also dove into Moto X+1 spec rumors, my thoughts on the OnePlus One, a couple of games, and more.

The Droid Life Show: Episode 63

The DL crew is gathering for Episode 63 of The Droid Life Show tonight, set to take place at 6pm Pacific. This evening, we will discuss last week’s Google I/O, which gave us an absolute ton of topics to chat about. We will talk about Android “L,” Android Wear, Android TV, and maybe even a little bit of Android Auto.

On top of that, Kellen and I will go over our impressions of the LG G Watch and Samsung Gear Live smartwatches, two devices we have been using everyday since receiving them at I/O.

If there is time, we will also host a brief Q&A, that way you can ask us anything you would about I/O or any other Android topic in general. It’s gonna be a blast, so don’t miss it.

The Droid Life Show Episode 62 is Your Vuvuzela This Weekend

On episode 62 of the Droid Life Show, we sat back and listened as Tim took us through his week-long journey with the LG G3 as his daily phone. The staff asked him question after question about things like the phone’s size, how the display performs in sunlight, if there is any lag to complain about, how long that battery lasts, and if lasers are here to stay.

Once the G3 talk wrapped, we talked briefly about Google I/O (including Lookout’s I/O party that we gave away tickets to), the LG G Watch, Galaxy Note 4 rumors, and a bunch of polls that we are running through this week before ending with apps and games. It was another outstanding show, though much shorter than last week’s epic voyage.

The Droid Life Show: Episode 62

The DL crew is back this Wednesday evening at its usual time of 6pm Pacific for Episode 62 of The Droid Life Show. Tonight, we will talk about the LG G3, since we have had it in our hands for the past few days, and we will discuss the device as a daily driver.

On top of the LG G3, we will also look forward to Google I/O, as it is only two weeks away. We will go over our hopes and dreams, as well as what we should actually expect to see at this year’s developer conference. The Droid Life Show: Episode 61

The crew is assembling tonight at 6pm Pacific for Episode 61 of The Droid Life Show. On tonight’s show, we will discuss the idea that Amazon is about to release a smartphone to the market (unveiling set for June 18) with “3D-like” viewing capabilities and see if anyone cares.

Topics will then flow into Google recently showing off the Moto 360 and LG G Watch with their displays on (360 looks larger than previously expected), changes we have seen in the update to Android 4.4.3, HTC’s continued decline in revenues, the first Samsung Tizen smartphone, and a whole lot more. Oh, did Apple announce a bunch of iOS stuff too? Yes they did.
