In classic Gameloft fashion, they have released yet another upcoming N.O.V.A. 3 trailer. We always knew that this game took certain aspects from the Halo series, but now after seeing this new multiplayer gameplay trailer, I can officially say that this game is Halo-on-the-go. Take a peak at the trailer down below to see what I mean. Notice the Warthog? In the new N.O.V.A. multiplayer, teams will have to work together to drive vehicles and to defeat their opponents. Oh, like Halo? Either way, the trailer is making this game out to look pretty flippin’ sweet and the trailer says it should be out this month. Excited?

Galaxy SIII Rumors Run Wild: Verizon Gets Dual-Core Version, Comes in Blue and White, and a Look at the Boot Screen

We are only a day away from Samsung’s unveiling of the Galaxy SIII or “next Galaxy” or whatever you want to call it these days. There is no denying that this has been the most anticipated Android device since well, the Galaxy Nexus I guess. On a global scale though, this is probably much more significant as Sammie’s lineup of Galaxy phones has essentially become the biggest in the world. So what could we possibly have with only 24 hours or so to go before kick off? Oh, quite a bit.

Android Distribution Numbers Updated for May, Ice Cream Sandwich to 4.9%
Here we are on May 1 and the Android team has already updated their OS distribution chart. The most notable change is the jump for Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0) from 2.9% in April to 4.9% in May. Staggering increase, I know. Can you contain yourself? Not much else to say, but always like to share the numbers.

HTC One X Review [AT&T]
HTC is out to reinvent their brand this year after they struggled during 2011. To kick off 2012 the right way, they have presented their newest flagship device, the HTC One X. We have already published our full review of the unlocked Tegra 3 variant of this phone, but this one is branded with an AT&T logo and is powered by a Snapdragon S4 chip to support their 4G LTE network. Could this be the device that saves HTC in the US handset market? Let’s take a look.
HTC One X Benchmarks: Tegra 3 (Quad-core) vs. Snapdragon S4 (Dual-core)
First, if you haven’t checked out our full review of the AT&T HTC One X, then you will want to do that. After doing that, let’s go ahead and start the conversation about benchmarks between the AT&T, Snapdragon S4 version and the Tegra 3, unlocked version of the phone.
With NVIDIA not having LTE modems for their quad-core processors just yet, carriers that want this phone with LTE capabilities are having to swap out the Tegra 3 in favor of the dual-core Snapdragon S4. Both processors are beasts in their own right, so we thought, “What better way to see if we can find a difference than through a handful of tests?” For those that hate benchmarks and think they mean nothing, we would agree with you to a point. We would have to disagree in that these at least give us something to compare against. We can flip through home screens all day long, open and close apps, look for stutters, etc., but in the end, you need to have numbers. Benchmarks give us numbers.
