i would take this device over the iPhone 5 and Galaxy Note 2 just because 5 inches is good enough for me. Plus i love HTC phones and Galaxy phones but 5.5 inches is just a bit to much.

HTC are doing well lately. They need to start putting bigger batteries in their devices.

It was a Sense 4.0 issue. They did aggressive memory management which made Sense run very quickly but it pushed programs out of memory almost instantly if you tried to do something else. Some people even had issues where music apps would be pushed out of memory while music was playing.

For example if you were in the browser and you hit home, when you would go back to the browser it would have to refresh so you would lose anything you entered.
