am i the only one who has had this feature since the first Droid? I’ve always been able to put market apps on my VZW bill. I’m actually allowed to put up to $500 worth of anything (phone, apps, cases, etc) on my bill at any time. It comes with paying my bill on time every month.

I would never use carrier billing myself. Why should I? Most credit cards have rebate (mine has 2% cash rebate) — yes, apps are cheap, but a little bit of here and there add up pretty quickly (especially some in-app purchases.)
