I am thinking they gonna announce the whole new RAZR line with the new intel, .. or might be something entirely different for the global market, … either way, its not gonna be just “the RAZR M with different processor”

The photo that you linked for what the device could potentially look like has a normal bezel just like most of the modern phones that are out there. It has a huge top and bottom bezel, and a standard right and left bezel, just like my Galaxy Nexus.
