Absolutely understand and agree, I feel for you. This scenario is one of the reasons I went with the Rezound instead of the Razr Maxx or Galaxy Nexus, at the time I bought my most recent phone. I consider them all good and I was going to buy the Maxx or Nexus, but one didn’t have removable storage and the other didn’t have a removable battery, so that quickly made up my mind about going with the Rezound.

I’ll never support any Android phone that I believe takes away user freedom and options. And, if the next time I’m in the market for a phone (which will be buying full price so I don’t lose my Verizon unlimited data package), well, if they do not offer a phone that has both removable storage and a removable battery, I guess I won’t be buying anymore new phones. Plus, I still have my Droid and my Droid X to fall back on, if all the manufacturers are using the Apple iPhone selling model. Makes sick to see that so many are doing this garbage.

What the hell Moto? Why are you removing webtop from all of your recent phones? It’s one of the few things that sets Motorola phones apart from the masses. And the experience has been improved even more since the update to webtop 3.0.0. I hope that MotoGoog pulls their head out soon, so they can continue to improve the webtop experience.

I suppose they could have made it like the One X and added capacitive buttons in the verizon logo strip and moved the verizon logo to the plastic area in the bottom. But then you’d get complaints about not following Android hardware guidelines for ICS / JB. Either way, people will complain if it’s a Moto.

I don’t get the haterade directed towards Moto all the time though, guess ppl actually want Moto to do well but feel betrayed? I don’t see the same kind of love-to-hate criticism against the other Android OEMs.

I think he’s talking about all the space on the bottom front. For example, the panel where the mic is located, the Verizon logo, and the on-screen buttons. Its looks like a solid 2½ inces before the dock even begins.

I love my Bionic and even more now as I have Leak 233 / 4.04 and it works the way it should have, ICS is awesome!!! This phone however looks real nice, I’m liking it, I wonder what the price is going to be as most of us are buying phone at full price now.
