China never follows copyright, and licensing, and pirates everything with no repercussions ever. I’m shocked apple went after them and actually shut down that store. I’d never buy a chinese phone, probably has software that copy’s all your personal information from passwords and accounts and sends it back to china. I’m seriously hating chinese products and the corporations that ship all the jobs over there to save money. I would like Google to lead the way and set an example to corporations and have Motorola devices made in america again, like they did with the Q.

Apple sued them for having an exact replica of an Apple store in China, selling knockoff Apple products, I mean it looks the exact same as the authentic one. They won and the store was shut down. A few weeks later an exact same knockoff Apple store was opened yet again, and is most likely still open to this day. Their courts and government is just as corrupt as their R&D departments at all Chinese companies. No, I’m sorry, instead of R&D, what I actually meant to say was R&D&C departments. You know, Research and Design and Copy department.

It makes since why this would look dead on an iPhone, I mean come on, we are talking about China here. The word copyright or patent infringement has never once been uttered in the country of China. They mass produce knockoffs more than any other country in the entire world, they have absolutely zero respect for brands, patents, copyrights or trademarks. You should see the cars they are building now, quite a lot, no I mean the majority, of them are blatant knockoffs, albeit kind of sad and pathetic ones. I bet they make knockoffs of knockoffs, that is how bad their uncreative methods are.

Ick…I hate softkeys because they are not persistent. I never have to worry where my back button is on a conventional phone. basic navigation should never be a chore. Function > form.

Maybe we’ll get a decent Jelly Bean MIUI rom ported from this. I haven’t been happy running MIUI since my o.g. Incredible. Since I got my Gnexus I feel like there hasn’t been a solid build

With those kind of specs, the battery capacity will be a major limitation. The shape of the battery seems like the extended capacity version will make the phone too thick. Other than that, looks pretty awesome.
