Maybe they need to sell some 3-D phones in order to fund their R&D to make better 3D phones for in the future.
And what ever happened to George Lucas, in 2005 He was going to dump a lot of money into R&D for Hologram Technology.

Speak for yourself about not watching movies on the phone, I watch netflix and movies rented from the android market on my Rezound. You are right about the phone being a tool, and one thing that phone does is record 3D video.

I’d be interested in a 3-D phone if each camera was actually decent and the viewing angle was better. The content is certainly out there and growing but the image quality should be on par with single lense phones.

This site was originally just all about the Droid line. Then Kellen decided to make it all Android phones released on Verizon and started a 2nd website called An.Droid-life.com. That site was for all other Android phones on the other carriers. Soon that site was ignored. They went like 6 months without a new posting. Then it came back to life and they were updating new posts everyday. But lately we have been seeing lots of posts here on this site that have nothing to do with VZW phones. Jason’s question is a valid one. Why aren’t we seeing this post over on An.Droid-life? Before you blast me that this is Kellens site, and he can post what he wants. He started An.Droid-life just for news like this.

3DTVs are beautiful, I love them. I buy 3D Blu-ray discs. But the problem is… a phone is not a display for watching movies, it’s a tool, and it’s a tool that by-and-large doesn’t support 3D. Why buy a device where there’s a couple apps in 3D, a couple apps in a fake 3D, and 95% of it isn’t 3D.
