Verizon Compares LTE Phone Lineup to AT&T, Still Shows Galaxy Nexus with 32GB of Storage

The DL community was up in arms yesterday when they noticed that Google had updated the Galaxy Nexus spec page to show just 16GB of internal storage. It was a confusing move as we know that the 32GB LTE version of the device is in a number of people’s hands at this time. We have also seen Verizon train their employees on the idea that it will launch with 32GB, so there shouldn’t be much reason to freak out and will have to assume that Google has some brilliant behind the scenes reason for pulling off such a move.

To hopefully help ease your mind though, we have another training document that compares Verizon’s “Big 3″ LTE phones to AT&T’s first two. In the document, the most important specs are listed including storage for devices. The Galaxy Nexus as you may have guessed, is highlighted in red as having 32GB of storage. Not sure that Big Red could be more clear on this to their employees and now to you.

We all good on the storage front?

Cheers ___!

Doesn’t the source of that picture indicated as of 11/1/11 and didn’t the switch from 32 to 16 gb happen like just last week?

Gave up on waiting on the Nexus.  Went with the Razr.  Great phone with freakishly fast 4 G.  I keep hearing that the Nexus is a moving target because Verizon isn’t sure yet.  The lawyers want to be sure they won’t get in patent trouble and the accountants fear the Nexus allows tethering they can’t monitor.

  • http://www.scaryuncledevin.com/ Devin Rodriguez

I just want VZ to hurry up and decide. I’ve been putting off getting my next phone to wait and see what happens with this device. If it’s only going to be 16GB I am not going to get it and I’ll go pick up a Rezound already. Sure it may be running Sense but I’m sure CyanogenMod will be up and running on it soon enough.

  • Rayray Ray

I’ve had my Droid X the day it came out. Love it. well made, Rooted. I thought Razr was going to be great replacement, too wide. Samsung and HTC phones made cheaply and not durable. I will still stay with my Droid X, if I need to I will upgrade to Droid X2. I dont need 4G yet.

    • Anonymous

why would you do that? you do realize that you can turn off the 4g radio pretty easily. i wouldn’t waste an upgrade on a non 4g device.

  • http://www.upvcdoubleglazing.biz/ U-Fit.Co.UK

I think Droid 4 is just few weeks away! I havent seen or heard anything as far as exact launch date is concerned.

Ohh yess… I have heard that Red Droid Incredible 2 Coming to Verizon Nov.24.. Is this true?

    • http://www.scaryuncledevin.com/ Devin Rodriguez

Yes, the red incredible 2 is coming, but who cares? Not dual core, not 4G, not even with Beats.

    • Anonymous

why would you even want the red incredible 2 now that the rezound is out?

  • Crownedzero

I could be entirely wrong here but Big Red is pushing the date back here so that all of you who grabbed a temporary RAZR are stuck with it. I know a lot of people picking up the RAZR as a “loaner” … I know I picked up a RAZR and ended up paying half the price ($140) but when I went to return it so I could await the Nexus I was told that credit wouldn’t be available when the Nexus drops … quite a conundrum, keep the RAZR and pay 140 or return it, pay a restocking fee of 35 and the full price of the Nexus =(

    • Anonymous

Of course… what did you expect?  However it will not be full price, it will be the contract price of 299.

    • nxusnow

      link to 140 dollar razr?

      • Crownedzero

It’s 299, minus the new every two of $30 and the $100 and some credit for the upgrade to a 4G device (I’m coming from a 3G phone) …

    • Anonymous

Pay attention, class is in session. Verizon holiday return policy. Buy from Nov 15th to December 28th, can be returned or exchanged thru Jan 9th. You get the razr, if the POS Nexus doesn’t surface by the 9th, return the razr, pay $35. If it does drop, exchange it for Nexus, pay $35.

Now put your crayons away and go sit in the corner.

      • Sporttster

Talked with three stores, none of em admitted knowing anything about the holiday return period. Not one. And if you go to the Verizon site,it is hidden in there. You have to do a search and even then,it mentions the 14 day policy FIRST and you need to keep reading down further to catch the holiday policy. Seems they are keeping it pretty quiet. Still wonder if buying at Best Buy gives me the long return policy. I’ll bet I go in there tomm and ask about it and they’ll not know a THING about it…..funny,huh…it’s there but SHHH don’t let anyone know about it!…nice way to do business

      • Crownedzero

Sounds like a plan, but while your busy educating whip out your calculator, for those who picked up the RAZR on release day (11/11) there is no holiday return policy…

  • Twitter: AlwaysAndroid

    A) do you guys really think they are going to release the Droid 4 less than 6 months after the Droid 3? Doubt it and B) 16gb or 32gb I really don’t care, I just want this phone’s delicious LTE, pure Google experience IN MY HANDS!

    • Anonymous

Answer to A) like the way the droid2 global came out a month after the Droid 2? Or maybe the way the Droid X came out right after that. Or, like the Droid X2 came out then the Bionic suddenly popped up and then the Razr came out of nowhere. And now the Razr has an upgraded Hd version lurking around China. But I am sure uou are right, , they wouldnt want the 100 people that actually bought a droid 3 to be upset with an early death. Answer to B) every device with ICS will have that same experience. Googles internal motto for ICS is “one flavor for all”, meaning they will all look and feel the same. Even HTC will have a “stock” theme within sense. while everyone harps about a stock ICS device, it is funny how the bootloader is the most important thing to them. If you want stock so badly, why does it need to be unlocked?

      • Anonymous

They made a big deal out of the boot loader. The speed of
these new devices is so fast that you do not need to change the kernel nor the
skin. I would not think that i will stop using go launcher but i did. I love
how Moto’s upgraded their software on 2.3.5 :) And by the way it support flash
lol :) Where are the nexus sheep?

        • Anonymous

Launcher addict as well. Even if I was vanilla, I would still use a launcher for better functionality. People that say otherwise just haven’t tried. My brother claims plain vanilla with stock icons is the way to go. I was like, “why didn’t you just buy an iphone then? ” That is the exact experience they offer and quite frankly, if you are into plain screens with icons, Apple has mastered that quite well. I like custom widgets myself and the market launchers offer the best out there.

I love go launcher, but I love the contact widget on the 2.3.5 in the razor. Vanilla is pretty boring and sense is loaded with a lot of Crap. I would say the new moto’s ui and the new touchwiz are the best skin right now. Once you get your razr, you will have the best tablet the asus and the best device of 2011. The gs2 will be the second best device of 2011 in USA.

          • Anonymous

you are god damn insane. what a shill. Razr best device of the year? Even POOR reviews of the Nexus say it’s the best Android phone they have ever used. Not to mention the GS2. I hate you so much.

      Expect 16gig – $299, 32gig $449.

      • http://www.scaryuncledevin.com/ Devin Rodriguez

Where are you getting that pricing information?

        • Anonymous

Verizon is more anept in pricing structure than most people believe. In keeping with the iPhone, moto devices and HTC relevant, they competively keep their devices in the market for as long of a time as possible. Example, all palm pre devices were sold with free wifi tethering included with no monthly cost. The nexus is considered a premium device that would generally neccesetate a premium price. Even offering the lowest memory device for the equal price of their current premium devices, is considered “acceptable”. Current devices do not exceed 16gig internal, external is not relevant in their eyes. Along with the iPhone, an internal memory expansion will require a premium price. It is exponential (150) but studies have show that people react better to whole numbers rounded down to the last tenth. (149 is better than 150, mentally) for the same reason the phone is 299 and not simply 300. The 32 gig version will be 449, mark my words. BTW, I wouldn’t pay more than 199 for either versions . Sent from my ASUS Eee Pad

          • Anonymous

iPhone 4S prices with 2 year contract on Verizon Wireless web site: 16GB – $199; 32GB – $299; 64GB – $399… So I doubt it would be $449 for a 32GB Galaxy Nexus on Verizon. How would it compete?

          • Anonymous

Customer demand. Read just the posts in here, 200/400 commentors are perfectly content paying 299 for 16 gig, without flash, and without usb storage. By simply listening to “customer demand” apparently they could drop this thing to 8 gig and still make a killing. Look at Netflix, these companies are in tune with their customers and know what they are willing to put up with. It is more than clear that a large percentage of vzw customers are lost in the smoke and mirrors of the nexus name and mark my words, Verizon is very aware of this, and will exploit it to the last penny.

If companies based phone off demand and the nexus was going to sell for 449. The iphone 4s would pretty much just sell full retail even on contract. You do know that no one android phone has ever touched iphone sales? So ya its in high demand for those of us on websites like this. But 400 comments is at max 400 phones. So lets not be crazy.

It say’s clearly at the bottom that “The information contained here has been compiled from ATT’s press release and industry websites as of 11/1/2011 and is subject to change”.  WHAT DOES ATT KNOW ABOUT VERIZON STOCK!.  Yeah, that’s what I thought.  Nothing.

The info that was pulled from AT&T was the 2 AT&T phones not the Verizon phones.

Hm think they took the wrong pic, that ain’t no nexus lol.

and whatever that is its running froyo, not ICS.

  • Sean76

Honestly ….I could care less if it comes with 64 gigs of memory! This thing is laced with headaches. And no flash is a thumbs down right now.

    • TheRealBeesley

You do realize the only reason flash is not showing up in the market is because of the Gnex fingerprint in the build.prop right?   The market doesn’t notice the phone correctly, ergo, no flash to download.  Relax, it’ll be fine.

this pic is from 11/1/11 the spec page was updated a few days ago.Just sayin Also is from AT&T

  • FLandroid

So I went to a Verizon store today to play with the Razr and the Rezound. After yesterday’s negative G-Nex rumors, I am considering getting one of the others in the meantime, then if the G-Nex lives up to the hype, doing an exchange. I was really leaning towards the Rezound (better resolution, better camera, removable battery, beats earbuds), but after playing with both, the Razr has more appeal for me. (The AMOLED screen is so rich in color and has no noticeable pixelation, I am not so professional as to notice the difference in photos, and I can live with the other differences. Except no Swype on the Rezound, and Trace would not work. Sounds minor but it’s a strong preference of mine.)

Anyway, the real reason I’m commenting is because I happened to have the manager helping me and I mentioned that I was probably going to wait for the Nexus, and I wasn’t going to ask him for info because I was sure he had people asking him all day long. Of course my courtesy had the desired effect and he shared with me that his latest biweekly update, which included notifications through 11/23/11, had no info on the Nexus. He said it was possible that Verizon could hold a web-only launch and he may not know, but if the phone was on the way to the store, he would absolutely know.

So disappointed. Looks like I’ll be getting the Razr in the meantime and hoping the G-Nex rumors aren’t true. I just don’t think I can stifle my droidicidal thoughts towards my OG until we are finally, hopefully, blessed with the G-Nex…

    • TheRealBeesley

You have to turn Trace on in the settings, and it works just fine.

      • FLandroid

I did turn on Trace — nothing. Tried messaging, youtube search, internet search — Trace just didn’t work. Maybe it was justa bug in that unit, but still, I didn’t take it as a good sign.

    • Anonymous

It’s amazing at how different people’s eyes tell them different things.  I looked at the Razr and I couldn’t get over the pixelation that it had.  I’m coming from an OG Droid and any screen with a lower resolution, real or perceived, is a nonstarter for me.  It would be like going backwards for me…

      • Sporttster

Think I’m going in and grabbing the Razr tommorrow too. Been trying the GS2 from TMo but time to return it and get back with Big Reds mojo network. Bumped brightness up on the Razr, put it side by side with the GS2 and the screens were nearly identical-beautiful!! Now I’m gonna do some real in depth analyzing of em tomm and go with the best. Most likely it’ll be the Razr. Guess I’ll have to wait till next upgrade to get a HD screen. Not waiting months for a ‘coming’ Nexus…..forget it….

    • Bigdaddyellison

I did the same thing.  I went in thinking i was going to get the Rezound, left with the Razr.  Swype on the Razr and Sense on the Rezound were major differences.  The deciding factor was the screen.  The Rezound had a slightly more crisp picture, but overall I like the Razr screen better.  It looked better overall.  After 24 hours, I haev already used 1 GB of data and I love the phone.  The moto stuff has a lot of fluff, but still less than sense.

  • Anonymous

I’m pretty sure this has been said but Verizon will have a 32gb GN. The 16gb GN is for Verizon engineers.

  • Anonymous

Just had a conversation with a verizon store manager. He has no official confirmation but after talking to a samsung rep he is confident it will be early december release. 32 GB Version at 299

    • Blomgren23

Same here but he thought blackFriday but they always tell him wrong info and they have had accessories for a week

  • Freygrimrod

No Removable Storage… No Removable Battery… either of these has always meant one thing Not getting out my wallet…

    • Greg_chrutson82

      rezound it is for you.

      • Freygrimrod

Out of the three it would definitely be my personal choice. I regularly carry extra charged batteries and have my 32gig micro sd full though. (don’t carry my 16gig microsd with me that often anymore)

    • Anonymous

thats a pretty dumb decision if you ask me. your missing out.

  • OverIt

So other than ICS, is there any real reason to buy the Nexus given the other two choices (Rezound & Razr)??? I’m so sick of this nonsense and am wondering why the hell I’m even waiting!?

    • Nathan Hosford

Updates from google also its a nexus on verizon. If you dont have unlimited data on verizon pass this up go to sprint and get a galaxy S2.Verizon can have the best fastest device on the planet but if you cant use it whats the point? Tiered data is so terrible makes me want to get a new hobby.

      • Anonymous

Or maybe get a real job.

        • Anonymous

The maximum tiered plan is 10GB for 80 bucks a month. I would definitely use more data than that each month so unless you are willing to pay $10 per GB which could get up to over $1000 a month, it is not worth it. Their tiered plans are BS and if I wasn’t grandfathered in with Verizon, I would also be making the switch to Sprint.

          • Anonymous

Technically with the new promo it is 20gb now, but if you quit watching all that porn you wouldn’t use so much. I’m grandfathered and would switch to tmo before I switched to sprint, sprint service just sucks in most places.

          • Anonymous

So you got Verizon pushing 4G LTE with new high speeds and promoting HD video streaming and cloud services. Well, one 2 hour long HD video is about 4 GB. That’s 2 GB more than their base tier at $30 a month. I don’t know about you but I don’t want to pay $20-$40 per video stream. Plus, most people have several GB worth of music. If they were to actually use a cloud service for that, it would add up very quickly. There is no excuse for these rates. Unless you’re like my mom who barely knows how to use her iPhone.

    • Anonymous

updates right from google, otherwise I would not be waiting and would have grabbed a rezound.

it says, and i quote, AT&T’s website…..doesn’t mean that verizon released this that date. You’re assuming….

  • Greg_chrutson82

    Here is my day,

Went to Best Buy, looked at the Rezound. Asked the best price he can give.

He said $249 (renewal, not new line). I said fine. Asked he can throw in accessories.

He could not find any for the Rezound. He said he can do $229. Got the Rezound.
Went to Verizon. 50% of extended batteries.

The rezound was wrongly labeled for 49.95 instead of 59.95.

    Got it for $25.

    Rezound it is.

    • http://twitter.com/jcardea CEO Of Monster I N C

The Rezound is solid,  and i only bought it from verizon because i needed to shimmy my way into an unlmited data plan (was successful ) . I haven’t experienced any of the lag people talk about, and the only issue i currently have with the phone is it doesn’t have ICS.

Still getting the g-nex, to be a phone god…. :D

      • http://twitter.com/Daisyville Gina

How’d you get unlimited? Were you already on it?

        • LionStone

          Yea what she said ^

I have an old line I’d like to shimmy back to unlimited too!

    • Anonymous

Similar day here, went to Verizon to check out the Rezound after having already played with the Razr. The Rezound didn’t feel nearly as smooth to me for some reason, and I cant get over the fact that it looks identical to every other HTC phone out there, including Sense and the same background style of any phone they have ever released. I can’t stand “blur” but if I had to choose between Rezound and Razr, I think I’d go Razr… that being said, I am holding out for the Nexus or something better.

What’s up with these phone companies and manufacturers stating that 16 GB is MEMORY? it is NOT. IT is STORAGE.

16GB or 32 GB of STORAGE, not memory. The OS can’t access 16GB or 32GB for processing. It is for STORAGE only.

What is NOT a rumor is the pathetic performance of the Galaxy Nexus, as reviewed by actual users from UK on xda.

We cannot even get rid of the google search item from the top of the screen unless we change the launcher!. The camera they say is grainy.. the speaker volume is low.. and the back is a very thin piece of flimsy plastic. The Menu soft keys are confusing, some of the apps are crashing (google earth).. the Gallery app is not intuitive.. Really REALLY disappointed. I think I’ll get the iphone 4s on Verizon. I’ll have very mediocre data speed, but then I do all the heavy downloading at home anyway with wifi.. and Verizon’s 3G speed is more than adequate for opening most webpages.

Thank you Verizon & Google. You had a better chance of selling this device if only you had released it earlier. Just like the bionic.. the more you wait.. the more it is gonna be a stinker.

    • Anonymous

Why hasn’t a SINGLE company matched the hardware quality of Apple? It really makes you wonder.

Apple devices remind of you of the good old 80s norm.. when everything was built solid.. When items built by Sony or even a pencil sharpener made by Staedtler .. lasted you a  lifetime!Today everything is produced with a 3 month lifecycle period attached to it. Gone are the days when you bought something once.. and it stayed that way forever because hardware design was something that was taken very seriously. Apple is the only company that makes products of quality anymore. I saw the cheap plastic back on the Gnexus in a video and couldn’t believe how crappy it was.

Try the iphone 4s. Trust me.. you will NEVER buy another android device again (unless they start matching Apple’s quality).

Android in itself is not the problem. The company that manages it (Google).. is.

      • http://www.facebook.com/mariafe.c.oneill Maria Fe Camaya O’Neill

Cheap plastics break, you can bend the back of the GNEX from end to end and it springs back to it’s original shape. Not only is it from the very highest of quality it’s smart design offers excellent grip. The lady friends i know love the iphone, they think it’s really “cute” but a phone sandwhiched between two pieces of fragile glass hardly makes for a durable build.

      • Anonymous

I had the iphone 4s and went back to android. To me full glass isn’t that great for a cell phone. I mean one drop and it is done. Funny the plastic can take more abuse than your iphone yet because it is plastic and you think glass automatically makes it better than plastic you are unable to see that

      • Anonymous

Why? Because some of us feel that a device we use on a regular basis and is pretty much guaranteed to be dropped on more than one occasion should not have it’s body made of GLASS. Not to mention it doesn’t have 4G. Oh, and that iOS 5 has had issues since day one. Did I mention the phone is made of glass?

Some of us say no to the kool-aid in the Apple sippy-cup and prefer more adult beverages from the Android tankard.

    • http://www.facebook.com/mariafe.c.oneill Maria Fe Camaya O’Neill

Could be that there is some bad handsets in circulation , ask 4s users what that feels like. Every review i’ve read praises the Nexus phone. Even Apple sites or Apple biased sites like cnet and engadget acknowledge this phone a very good.

          • Anonymous

Oh man tell me about it. I’m still on my OG which i have almost destroyed out of frustration many times, but didn’t cause im gonna sell my OGD on craigslist when i get the gnex my droid is a few months old insurance replacement. That will supplement the cost of the gnex.

give him a break it’s sunday lol… the date at the bottom of the page also was from the beginning of November though, and the 16GB only thing was supposedly a recent development…

I’m still hoping for a midnight internet launch tonight!! lol

really people? you guys are taking all these rumors to heart. relax and remember these are ALL Rumors. Still bet the Verizon model has 32GB. Its right for the price point, and the only ones that are out right now are in the UK, so those are possibly the UK specs on google’s website.

      It’s *

  • Christopher Riner

I just don’t even know what to think anymore.  I hope its not true, but I wouldn’t be suprised if verizon took the 32g option out and then said that all the bugs were coming from the 32 g version and they had to change it in order to keep the phone bug free.  Even tho it wouldn’t make any sense, it wouldn’t suprise me.

And btw, this is pretty far off topic… but has anyone seen the review and unboxing from slashgear.com (I think is the site that made the video)?  It has some guy doing the review/unboxing and it just makes me want to cry!!! First of all, I know those plastic samsung battery covers are tough but when he first puts the battery in it looks like he almost breaks the thing, and he never even gets the cover on all the way before he starts playing around with it.  In his second video, It shows him struggling to get into his phone time and time again with face unlock, and I think to myself, “Man, I haven’t seen problems like this out of it since matias couldn’t get it to unlock during the presentation”.  And THEN, it shows him setting the face unlock up, and I realized exactly why he was having problems.  He kept moving and looking around, never looking directly at it, and he couldn’t keep his face inside the little circle to save his life.  And you’ll notice he struggles to keep the same angle when looking at it, constantly turning his head while its reading (and while he’s setting it up).  It’s pretty brutal to watch this guy slaughter the specs (he says its like 7.8 something milimeters thin) but its also pretty hilarious at the same time.  I literally busted out laughing at like 4 in the morning when I watched it last night.  Good stuff.

lol why does the rezound say 4.3″ (720x 1280) and the galaxy nexus 4.65″ (1280×720).
either this is fake or verizon is terrible at listing their device’s specs

    • joejoe509

meh. minor mistake. the rezound is 1280 x 720. So they got it switched. Big deal.

Hoping it is true, but if you look at the bottom text it says that the info is from 11/1 and subject to change.

All good on storage?  Meh.  I’m getting tired of manufacturers telling me I don’t need the ability to add more storage.

Also still not happy about the 5MP camera, even if it is a great camera.  This is a flagship device!!  The S2, Note, and 4s all have excellent 8MP cameras-WTH?

If higher megapixels don’t matter, shouldn’t we all petition the phone manufacturers to use 1 MP cameras, and use the manufacturing cost savings to upgrade other components? If everyone is going to say higher megapixels don’t matter, then tell me-what is the magic resolution at which it stopped being useful?

Any news on the Droid 4?

    • Alan

Yes, please dig up some more news about the D4.

    • Edgar

What’s going on with the Droid 4? It’s going to replace my OG.

      • Steve Miller

From what I’ve seen of the Droid 4 so far, it looks like it’ll replace my OG also. I hope it comes out this December.

        • Evanesce01

december would be perfect for me. i really wish there would be more leaks about this phone.

        • Anonymous

More like mid December or January.

            ..

        • Drooooooid4

Well, let’s just hope that the Droid 4 has the 720p screen and 13 mp camera that we are seeing in the China version of the RAZR, because otherwise, the Nexus/Rezound/i*hone 4 screens are going to blow the Droid 4 away and I do not want to put up with the Bionic/RAZR camera problems either.

          http://www.droid-life.com/2011/11/15/droid-razr-with-4-5-720p-hd-screen-and-13mp-camera-appear-in-china/

An NFC chip would really seal the deal too!!!

take this down. It’s not even a legit verizon wireless sheet.

Good on storage front, still PO’d on the release date front.

  • nxusnow

Looks like the phone is having major volume issues. Check out the XDA forums.

    • Anonymous

In all the reading I couldn’t find where they were having “major volume issues”. They speak of some who have the volume drop out while on a call.  If this is an issue Google will have an ota sent out to correct it posthaste.

the galaxy nexus website says 16gb  http://www.google.com/nexus/#/tech-specs

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_NOCGF4INNLYCJEREG3YUPZEF7Q Randy

thanks for the same info the article provides. Dumbass

  • At2clever

The galaxy nexus is def running froyo in the picture. I’m saying this was an old document as it also states at the bottom that these numbers are “subject to change”. I don’t think this should ease our minds. But really though… I have 16 gb on my droid 2 and have never come close to filling it up. Especially with Gmusic now I don’t have to store any music

    • Anonymous

Same with my Droid2, but I am also far more likely to want to load up some HD movies on my Galaxy Nexus, so I’d still prefer 32GB, especially for $299.

  • STiK

Vzw please release this POS so that we can get back to bigger and better news!!!

  • hatethanet

So a fake or outdated picture is more accurate than the actual Galaxy Nexus hompage?

    • Anonymous

So a Google webpage that mysteriously changed from 32GB to 16GB is more accurate than an internal Verizon training document?

      • hatethanet

Nice “accurate” pic bro. Notice it says the Bionic has 2GB of RAM.

        • Anonymous

…because internal company documents never contain mistakes, bro.

          • hatethanet

Haha, why post an outdated document with mistakes?

          • Anonymous

Why speculate on Verizon/Samsung/Google doing something so ridiculous as changing out the internal storage in a phone that has already been manufactured, and is sitting in a warehouse somewhere waiting for the green light? I mean, how many testers are out there holding a 32GB Verizon Galaxy Nexus, that they’ve proven with photographs?

          • hatethanet

Who’s speculating? People are simply going by the stats on the Galaxy Nexus’ official webpage while you’re going by the stats on an old pic with obvious mistakes on it lol.

      • Anonymous

honestly, I kinda think that a change on the Gnex website maintained by Google is a little more reliable than some internal training docs from verizon who cant make up their mind about anything.

        • Anonymous

So the specs on Google’s website, that changed less roughly 2 weeks before the expected launch are more reliable than the Verizon training docs and the fact that there are Verizon Galaxy Nexus devices in the wild with 32GB of internal storage. Sure, makes total sense.

        • Anonymous

I would put more faith in google than verizon since multiple times verizon documents have had errors.

  • Anonymous

So the Razr is runing stock Gingerbread?  I don’t see “motorblur” listed…

  • Anonymous

This has been nothing more than a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT COMPLETELY..BUGS, NO FLASH, AND THE CONSPIRACY OF 16GB OR 32..Enough is enough with all this garbage…Htc Rezound is the best move from a safe standpoint UNTIL galaxy nexus and all it’s bugs get fiqured out…

    • Anonymous

So you’d be OK if the Rezound was never updated beyond Gingerbread, because that’s essentially what you’re saying.  After all, Ice Cream Sandwich is the only reason the Galaxy Nexus doesn’t have Flash (at least for now).

Also, what bugs?  You mean the ones that everyone keeps making up, to make themselves feel better for the “delay” from a release date that was never announced in the first place?

      • hatethanet
        • Anonymous

Man, I’m glad you caught that. Lord knows that brand new software rarely contains bugs of any kind.

          • hatethanet

Haha, of course new software has bugs. You’re the one saying “What bugs? You mean the ones that everyone keeps making up”

          • Anonymous

I wasn’t saying that there weren’t any bugs, I think that’s pretty clear. I am saying that they have nothing to do with a delay that doesn’t exist. A product without an official release date cannot be delayed.

    • Anonymous

you have a revolution so that has a ton of bugs and took forever just to get gb.
