I have the same problem. Sometimes it works, sometimes it prompts me to create a new GO ID. I have run out of email addresses. There has to be a fix for this somewhere? Any ideas?

Aw, man, you use FiOS? For TV? As a DISH customer/employee I’d never use anything but DISH. I get to use the TV Everywhere app, which allows me to pull LIVE and recorded TV from my home receiver to my mobile device. This means I can watch, record, or pause live TV from anywhere in the world I can get a 3G or wifi connection. FiOS just doesn’t offer that. Also, DISH has the most HD channels available.

Got it to work. Oddly enough you need to go to airplane mode.

Then repeatedly try to log in,
when it says there is no internet connection turn airplane mode off and again to repeatedly try to connect
It should eventually let you in
