Hey guys, does everyone realize if you have the SAMSUNG GS3 u can buy an altered battery door that originally designed to fit the UK ver of the phone that works perfectly with the US GS3 which allows wireless charging and no additional thickness? It’s basically a pre-done palm pre mod. I have palm pre charge “orbs” everywhere, they are dirt cheap…

yep, after dealing with a non Nexus phone and feeling like I had to root and ROM it to get what I wanted I decided Nexus was for me because stock, vanilla, AOSP Android is what I like and want so it makes sense for me. Plus Nexus devices are super easy to root and there are several good stock ROMs available if I want a little more tinkering room.

Yep… any time I ran a live wallpaper on any of my phones, the battery usage was very minimal.

To be honest live wallpapers doesn’t kill your battery. I’ve used couple of live wallpapers and that did not effect my battery life what so ever. We android users love to show of our home screen. That’s why this site has show off your home screen day once in a while. Now if you had show off your iphone home screen oh wait I forgot they all be the same kind of boring don’t you think? SMH.

If you own an LG product, look at the booklets that came with it. The warning is there. They only have the warning, because of California law that requires it. Usually, only very cheap electronics use it. I’m surprised that LG does. There have been many studies regarding cell phones and cancer. Not one of them has said that they definitely cause cancer. Most say that they do not. That said, I rarely have long conversations on the phone. When I do, I use a headset.

Don’t have any proof about cords but if they allow it in faucets you get drinking water of then its probably in a lot of other things to including some cords.
“Most faucets purchased prior to 1997 were constructed of brass or chrome-plated brass, which contain up to 8 percent lead (the main metals in brass are copper and zinc). Water sitting for several hours or overnight in a brass faucet can leach lead from the brass faucet interior which may produce high lead levels in the first draw of drinking water. Later regulations mandated that most faucets purchased after 1997 contain less lead than previously used thereby reducing the possible leaching of lead. However, the most recent legislation, called “Get the Lead Out,” mandates that after January 4, 2014, all faucets purchased will contain no more than a weighted average of .25 percent lead in relation to wetted surface

I had an iPhone 4 in the past and I didn’t want to jailbreak that and now I have a Nexus 4 and I don’t want to root it. Here are the reasons why I like Android much more than iOS. The Notification system is so much better, I can set default apps, the intents system allows data sharing between 3rd party apps. I can use a 3rd party keyboard, dashclock, I can change the app icons with an icon pack, the gmail app (the iOS gmail app is not good), widgets, dashclock, hardware notification light, Google Now.

Oh thank goodness, all of these wireless chargers I have laying around are just too big and clumsy. I was holding out for someone to make the world’s smallest charger for me.
