Ok, not sure where people are seeing ads. On Free, I get ads as soon as I load the game. Picked up HD and there is no ad-free option in purchases, but I also didn’t get hit with an ad when it loaded or I loaded a level. If you’re talking about when you hit the three dots “menu” key, they’ve always had ads in that spot, pay versions or not, on their other titles.

Anyone know if the AB Star Wars HD version allows the in game purchase of ad removal like the free version? From reviews it sounds like the HD version used to be ad free, so maybe it is a bug with the last update that ads are showing? I finally started playing ABSW and was going to buy the ad removal in the free version but I could deal with the extra $1 to do HD + ad removal. I’m not paying $1 to find out if it allows that purchase though.

Yeah, I just checked, the G-nex can play the HD version of Star wars, but not space, but the Rezound can’t play either. I don’t know what their reasoning for including some phones is, but whatever.

I really like the Angry Birds series of games, but I hate how Rovio puts them on the Market. I already own and have Angry Birds Space Premium on my tablet and it looks great. Now they have Angry Birds Space HD for sale. Is the HD version Premium? You would think that the HD version would be bigger, but looking at the package sizes in the market it says that the Premium one is 47M and the HD one is 27M. I am half tempted to buy the HD one just to save 20M on my Nexus 7, or does it actually use separate downloadable content and end up taking more space? Someone please explain this to me.

Is the HD version any/much better than the “premium” or “free” versions? I know the HD still has the Ads but is screen resolution really that noticeable? I’ve installed the non-HD versions on my GNote 10.1 tablet and to be honest they look fine.

These aren’t just any ads. You are paying for the privilege of receiving ads that are delivered by Rovio. No other product can offer that exclusivity, only Rovio software can do that!
