		<description><![CDATA[Titanium backup doesn&#039;t backup SMS. You also have to pay to have it sync with the cloud. And you have to be rooted to actually use Titanium (on Carbon there&#039;s ways for unrooted and rooted alike). And Carbon is faster. 
So, Titanium does NONE of those.]]></description>

The question is whether Carbon can do the same without root, which I&#039;d doubt; it probably does a lot, but not quite what Titanium Backup does.

MyBackup/MyBackup Pro can also back up most of your phone without root, but not everything.]]></description>
