I actually got the email, you had to subscribe to it though to be notified when it released. Surprised they didn’t charge me for the notification.

That was the first thing I noticed too… and interestingly enough, the last I heard it was going to be a Tegra 3 game which (correct me if I’m wrong) the MAXX HD is not.

what’s more annoying is when you log into your account and get the iphone 5 popups, not to mention to the “Buy An iPhone 5″ button that permanently sits on the first page.

The HD can do simultaneous voice AND data over CDMA 3G, which only a handful of other Android phones can do.
