Based on information I found somewhere (can’t locate the source, though) this has a patch that will make it easier to move to JB. I actually think it was on DL, but don’t recall for sure. I’m betting it’s by the end of November.

Moto’s Blur doesn’t have a very large footprint compared to TouchWiz, though. I’ve used the ICS .232 leak on my Bionic, and it was extremely fast. I noticed no difference between it and AOSP.

Yes, it was. I’m hoping they expand it to other carriers (not likely though, since VZW has rights to the DROID line). Their next phone should be awesome with what Google’s come up with lately.

Ahh, no that is not true. The Thunderbolt, Rezound, and the Samsung Galaxy S3 all can to simultaneous 3g phone and data.

You think that Motorola blur doesn’t need 2GB ram too?!?! Motorola, always undersizing on ram. If nothing else, more ram takes away another excuse not to update the phone with the newest OS (yes, I’m looking at you Motorola with the D3).

This is a limitation of cdma. There is no phone that uses cdma for cell that can also use data at the same time. The only way that 4g phones can do it is that they have a lte radio that is able to operate at the same time as the cdma one.
