So what is everyone’s point? Apple will sell millions of Iphone’s. Out sell every single Android device. Continue to be the most sought out phone. Have the most developer support. Continue to be the biggest company in the world and have an extra billion dollars in their pockets.

Oh my god Champion I forgot about that. EVERYTHING costs on the stupid thing! I downloaded the wrong app (you have to do “HD Apps” for the I-pad i guess?) and they have no refund policy. I guess it takes months to get approved if the excuse is good enough. so i spent about $10 on mistakes. Great company!!! There is nothing i like about it and I’m not just saying that because I’m an Android guy. I also tried to give it a chance.

Oh brother que all the uneducated simpleton’s gathering for the new iphone. Samsung pimpslaps apple all day long and my Galaxy S3 makes any new iphone useless. We won’t even get into what the Galaxy Note 2 does to the new iphone.

He may be a troll but he is right about the lawsuit not going anywhere. Apple will do the same thing they did when Samsung tried to counter-sue for 3G patents, just say they bought the chips from someone else so they’re already licensed.

Apple isn’t new to this game, they’re one of the old tech companies they have their IP and patents mostly covered. It’s Google and companies like Samsung who are new to this game.

If Apple’s Notification Center is found to have infringed upon a patent held by Google (not Shamsung; they didn’t create it), then sue them and make them pay….I have NO problem with that

FRAND is not free… You still have to pay a “Reasonable” fee for it.
Apple never paid Samsung or Motorola for 2G/3G/4G/WIFI/BT patents because they said that the chip maker (Broadcom / Intel) already pay for it. Its not that easy to found who is right. A small percentage of an $600 iPhone is not the same that the same percentage of a $5 chip…
You should also agree that the R&D cost of this REAL patents are higher than other software/GUI or design patents that do not involve any prototypes, lab/RF tests, etc. but still are not considered FRAND.
