Word. I have (LOVE) Motorola’s Xoom… need every inch of that screen for powerpoints, word & excel spreadsheets — not to mention Netflix! Spent a week with a friends KFire — found the size to be a hindrance… hell, keyboard takes up 1/2 of the screen!

even at $50 less, I don’t know if, for me anyway, the Amazon ecosystem would be worth it. We’ll see if they change things up software wise from the previous Fire

I’ve owned the original Galaxy tab 7″ and the 10.1″. I can tell you that having a 10″ screen makes web browsing and watching videos a completely different experience.

New Kindle Fire Keyboard?

This will probably sell like the first one did. I’d buy a couple around the holidays for my less-Androidy family members, they pretty much live on Amazon and something like this is right up their alley because at this point, everyone shops on Amazon but everyone doesn’t know about the Play Store.

The fire was a pilot, to see how well they could penetrate the market. Now that they are in, why wouldn’t they expand their offerings?

I remember that… it would make sense for Larger OEMS but… I honestly can’t see amazon spreading so thin
