Quick Question.
In order to rival a patent do you have to be a major company or the person / company that originally invented the idea/ product?
Because if just any one can rival a patent, why can’t we (as the people) claim Apple’s patents BS and take them to court? Of course there are a lot of fees involved but if you could get the backing of a major company like Google, Samsung, HTC, Motorola, etc it would be worth it!

There was more than one prototype before the i*hone came out one more similar to blackberry and one that was all touch. I would find it for you if I wasn’t driving right now. That’s the beauty of android it doesn’t have a specific form factor.
