I’ve had 4 warranty exchanges & a repair order in the works – same issue of battery life & constant reboots. Last night I had 30 reboots within a 90 minute period. I’m pretty much done with HTC after this. IPhone next! Much more stable OS.

the rezound is a solid , yet underplayed phone. the fact that it comes with hardware thats only really topped by the gs3 and is a year older is amazing. while i dont count on it , id love to see 4.1 on the rezound …. simply for google now … the retard i work with lives in ihell and cant wait to shut him and siri up lol

This phone will not be getting Jellybean unless you install it as a rom. Even that is not out as far as I have seen.

That happened to me with my Bionic and they eventually gave me the Rezound. Haven’t had that much of a problem since.

After three warranty exchanges for the Rezound, I finally gave up and exchanged for GNex. Jesus, I thought my stock Rezound had problems before ICS (battery life, constant random reboots, etc…)–they were only magnified after ICS update. Now if only this network connection issue w/ the GNex would be resolved, I would be completely psyched.

Way to go HTC. Give me another Giant update but don’t give me ICS 4.0.4 which everyone else has. Why would you? You don’t want me as a customer obviously.
