if thats true, i’m almost tempted to go in the store and request a new phone. Wonder if they would give it to me if I told them my phone isn’t working right (data sleeping, etc) and I’d like one of their completely updated models.

I’ve held off on rooting but after this update comes out (if it ever does), if VZ doesn’t start updating along w/the other Nexus’ then I’ll have to provide my own updates.

Great idea, because Sprint did such a great job getting its LTE network up before launching devices that use said LTE network just like they did when they promised they’d do the same for people buying WiMax devices regardless of locale /s
