If you look though they sit above your eye. I’m with you on having glasses and not wanting contacts. XD Besides even if it doesn’t integrate well with normal glasses at first I am sure Google would release them in a way that would relatively soon. Especially seeing that with phones they pair up with hardware people I could see them working in joint with a glasses company like Oakley or Lightec (Morrel France) and a hardware company like HTC to get these out in a way that anybody could use them. The good news is that they are probably projecting the image so your eyesight no matter how bad unless blind, should be able to read and see with it just fine.

I’m thinking that they have something with it to help the blind, kind of like their self driving car. Maybe even integrating the two of them together…

I think the design will be different enough that Apple won’t be able to utilize the patent they filed in 2009. Besides Apple doesn’t have a product like it at all at the moment as far as we know at least so I doubt a court would even listen to them on it. XD

The thing is that these glasses look like they project the image that you see onto the glass in front of it. Unless I’m looking at it wrong, but I don’t see how the small cube eye piece would give the illusion of a big display unless it is projecting the image onto the actual glass on the glasses.
