This is simply not true. I am an employee and can’t wait to get my MAXX at a discount. It will have a case on it anyway, so nobody will see the red back. Oh well. Anyway, I can barely wait for them to become available! This guy trying to sell his was just trying to turn a quick profit and was too slow-witted to read the details. If someone actually bid on it to win, I hope he or she doesn’t mind over a month of waiting for a device that can’t be activated by a non-employee. Lol

That’s because of ebay….they only post feedback going back 1 year. If you look, he didn’t even buy or sell anything in all of 2010. That way he could get rid of the negative feedback. I bet many ebay shoppers only look at the percentage on the item selling page and never click on it to get a more complete story on that percentage. That’s a big problem with ebay IMO.

It’s gotten to the point where that’s all there is on ebay almost. I used to use it a lot, back around 2003-2004, but now it seems like 9/10 people on there are scamming in one direction or the other.
