You clearly don’t understand how AMOLED works. To display black, no pixels light up. Saves tons of battery to keep the majority of the screen unlit versus fully lit.

Does anybody else have the issue with PowerAMP where if you have the lockscreen display and you select next track it automatically shuffles even when shuffle is off? It happens about 50% of the time and I can’t figure it out.

I’ll sacrifice ten minutes of battery life for a homescreen that looks like it would belong on God’s Nexus.
I always have a spare battery in my pocket if I know I’ll be away from a charger for an extended amount of time, anyway. (sorry D4 and non-MAX RAZR owners.. didn’t mean to invoke envy)
