I always assumed that people enjoyed Gorilla Glass more because of its “crack” resistance than its scratch resistance. You can get a laminante-style screen cover for cheap and they’re almost completely unnoticeable. Why not just throw one on to be safe?

am i the only one hoping to see “museum” gorilla glass on these things.
go into a craft store and check out their museum vs regular glass….the reflection is almost non-existant on the museum glass.

That goes for literally all smartphones. (I only consider it a smartphone if it runs Android, iOS, or WP7)
They all have or use phones that exclusively or damn near exclusively (95% or higher) use glass capacitive screens.
Nothing special about em. Glass is touch to scratch :p

You should watch out for jean pockets as well… Some jeans, new, will have sand in the pockets from the stone washing I assume. They likely try their best to rinse it all out but it doesn’t take much to bork your screen. …that’s what happened to my OG.
