Correct, this device runs at 1.3ghz but Nividia have stated that the normal clock speed for the Tegra 3 will be 1.5ghz

I am going with the benchmark apps not being optimized for quad core. You can see in the one that it is just under the GS2. This sorta leads me to believe that they are only benching on 2 cores. I am really more interested in what the battery life is going to be on Kal-El more than pure benchmarks. We have already seen what it should be capable to do as far as gaming goes.
