I’ve been using Nemus Launcher on my Droid1(CM7.1 nightlies) recently. Not a well known Launcher and lacking in a lot of the customization LP or ADW has, but it’s definitely smoother.

I cannot, for the life of me, understand why people like AI Type. I used it once, it didn’t work very well (predictions and autocorrect were awful), and then I just tried using the latest version and it was just as bad.

SwiftKey X all the way. (Though frankly I’ve been using Swype more than usual lately.)

I don’t see how people like AI Type. It’s text prediction is AWFUL, only slightly better than TouchPal, and it doesn’t have anything on SwiftKey. Even Swype, after you’ve used it for a bit, does a significantly better job at text prediction and autocorrect than AI Type ever has in the time I’ve used it.
