in all honesty you probably just got a bad battery, and if all else fails you can always buy an extended battery. People that leave their facebook/twitter/ updating every 15 minutes + stocks and also weather updating via gps every hour doesn’t help the cause, i mean do you really need a weather report every hour? when you can go in and manually update the information when you need it. yes its a shame that we can’t have everything update every second of the day and still make it though the day, but seriously all the features turned on in the device i probably get like 8 hours out of it, and thats ok to some people who live next to wall chargers. i like to get a full days of heavy use out of my phone. also that blockbuster app that gets put on the phone updates like every 15 minutes without permission? i mean what is it going to update…its bankruptcy status? do we really need all that crap that verizon sticks on there like city ID draining our batteries even more? Battery usage is a thin line when we the users have to suffer through all the crap that verizon loads on our devices maybe if they didn’t load all that crap on their phones we can use our batteries for what they were intended for! i mean i see where you are coming from, but where do you draw the line?

Just keep turning off every single service on your phone. People like you are the reason manufacturers aren’t working as hard on better battery life, because you can just turn off gps/wifi/everything and that is an excuse. I know how to use my phone, I actually have used das bamf 1.6 remix specifically and there is no way you could get a 24 hour battery life. We should be able to leave everything on and still be able to make it through the day.

was saving for a transformer or galaxy pad 10.1 …might as well wait til sept. or so to get a tab with this….i know most of you are gonna say its always something better around the corner but come on tegra 2 tabs have only been out a few months innovation and progress is great but you make early adopters and loyal customers feel bad when releasing upgrades this fast…kinda reminds me of that best buy buyback program commercial

nope, but i did root it and install das bamf rom 1.6 remix on it, removed all the bloatware and turned off unnecessary services. if that is what you call cheating then so be it!
