This is bs. The wording used in that statement doesnt make sense. Missing words in sentences, and the font sizes sf ont match. I dont know 1 developer that has this, and I dont have it. Plus, why would I configure it on the main publishing page and not on the edit profile page. This is CS BS.

As a buyer I think Google checkout works fine. I've used my debt card to buy apps with no problem.

I smell a “photoshop” or fake here. Typos in the details (“account will transferred”?), font seems off and not fitting correctly. Either this was an “oops” on Google's part in a few ways or this is not legit. I would expect an email from Google as well as they have done with other things like this, and nothing.
