The ONLY thing I can’t stand about swiftkey? No option to change the layout to normal Android layout. I’m hardwired for the stock keyboard layout, and it kinda makes it clumsy to use for me.

But that neon theme. I can’t stay away.

i just used swiftkey again for a month or so, and was mostly enjoying it with a few annoyances. then i went back to stock (4.2.2) keyboard and the stock experience blew me away. using swiftkey made me realize that i actually much prefer stock now. i was surprised by that, and i will continue to try new keyboards, but the stock one just works so well for how i use my mobile keyboard.

You’d think they’d put in an option to disable that. Maybe put “.com” as a long press right above the spacebar or something, but only when you are in a URL bar.

I just can’t stand the “.com” split in the spacebar when in browsers… I’m a right thumb spacebar user… and I .com just about every word I type when doing searches.

It does, but it’s prediction model pales in comparison to the real thing. Stripped down maybe? It’s main advantage is the constant number row which I keep begging swiftkey to add.

you can’t count the Tbolt as the reason Swiftkey was bad, the phone was just horrible and I was one of those ppl who got the tbolt to be first lol

I love SK but they are so slow and practically never incorporate good suggestions. Basically if they didn’t think of it then it doesn’t need to be included. Why do companies make something only so good but ignore simple suggestions that would make it even better?
