Imagination? Looks exactly like a mall in Warsaw, Poland. That being said , it’s a good look, but it’s definitely not an original idea.

It’s likely under the upper of the two buildings. Look at the road and you’ll see an exit that goes into a “tunnel” type structure in the building. Thus, underground parking. Makes sense.
