Same as Brent Cooper, went from GNex to Note 2 and the Note has rock solid radios on it, i have never even seen it go down to 3G and I’m inside a Faraday cage almost (building at work is all metal). With the Gnex that damn thing would flip back and forth hundreds of times and would lose wireless connection constantly. I feel your pain, but I think Samsung perhaps learned their lesson.

The SGH-I605 (aka Verizon GN2) has a Qualcomm MDM9615 chip. It’s not built-in to the Exynos Quad. Granted, you never said it’s built-in. I just want to point it out to other readers in case they think that the Exynos in the GN2 has integrated LTE support.

What’s pretty comical is that you don’t know the difference between your and you’re. Don’t tell me that I am a liar. I’m not having delusions of grandeur about how great YOU think your T-Mo service is, for you. I’m merely stating MY experience. I couldn’t stream from Hulu. I did not try Netflix. Also, I have unlimited 4G LTE data. No data caps.

this cant be the verizon galaxy s 4 because samsung wouldnt use a snapdragon processor when they already proved that the exynos processor was working with LTE, which was shown in the note 2 on verizon.

There are performance enhancements to the microarchitecture that increase the 600 and even more so the 800′s performance. If you ran them all at the same speed then 800>600>pro.

Everything gets throttled, but snapdragons take much longer before throttling kicks in and when it does has to be throttled much less severely.

Hopefully those same radios that are in the note 2 will make it into the s4 so reception and radio problems are no longer an issue.

I see from your other comments that you are trying to attack or bash others for their carrier and phone choices. If you aren’t paying their bill, then why would it ever matter to you? Carrier choice is subjective and really depends on the user’s needs I prefer Verizon, but I’m not going to preach about them or try to convince anyone that they are the only way to go. If people are happy with their carrier, then good for them. You could tell me all the reasons you think T-Mobile is better and I still won’t switch, because I’m more than happy with my service. All I was trying to do is point out that your attack on squiddy about being on 3G are very silly, because you are on 3G too.

You didn’t hurt my feelings. You did completely miss my point though. You’re right that S-beam only works with other Samsung Galaxy devices but the Android beam feature will work with any capable Android device. That makes S-beam not as proprietary as, say, Touchwiz or Apple’s Lightning connector. You’re saying you hate Samsung but your reason for hating them is pretty weak. That’s why I’m calling you a hater. I understand being annoyed that you can’t really use S-beam because not enough people have a Galaxy device that supports it but it isn’t that big a deal. Not enough devices have NFC at all, so even if S-beam was open source it still wouldn’t be very useful right now.
