Tried it. I really love the ROM settings, I gotta admit it’s a good(not so great) ROM. The overall performance ain’t so bad. What’s with the unicorn widget? The status bar on the home screen bothers me a lot. It’s kinda annoying when, after you press the menu button, you have to watch the status bar transparency change(very slowly). I guess I’m going back to my JB 4.2 AOSP R8 ROM.

This happens to me too. One of the bugs mentions that the recents RAM bar doesn’t update itself correctly. If you check under system settings you’ll see you have a lot more RAM available.

Plenty of apps which are external and can access all of your contacts & call details. Integrated is the key here.

Call stats. Whats new in that. I am sure there are plenty of apps available in play store(PhoneUsage) which can do this (May be better than this)

new status indicator color change is stupid.. The bars change.colors as it is.. Now i have to mod my framework everytimevi flash because my theme has been abandoned, and no one themed for this in 4.1.

Any software out there that let’s you compile your own images into a boot zip? I’ve tried Boot Animation Factory, and created my own .PNGs, but I couldn’t get it to spit out a .zip (that’s ready to be copy/pasted into the boot animation folder)…

Got a G-Nex? Imo CM10 runs smoother and is more stable in my experience but AOKP does have a few more customization options. CM10 also has an updater built into the ROM, not sure but AOKP might as well.

Question I ran B1 MR1 and I noticed they had the old GB sound touches, I know its a small thing but I disliked it cause it felt outdated for me anyway, is it still in JB2 MR1? Also what kernel does this version ship with?

I see SGS3 volume issues are still there. Is video conferencing fixed? WiFi tethering is now broken too. Looks like a skip on this one.

On that note, are there any 4.2.x ROMs for d2vzw that do have everything working as well as a proper end-user software should?

As soon as you figure out how to unlock the bootloader you’ll get some. There should be ports available with Safestrap, but nothing official because of the bootloader.

Tim – I thought they were going to show the Note 2 some love in this next release? Any word from Sethyx or the other developers as to why it was left off the release list again???
