That’s all well and good, but the problem is B&H also never emailed me telling me the item was in stock even though I had signed up on the “Notify Me When Item is Available” email notification list. This is my first experience with B&H, and this is definitely not a good one. First, they don’t notify me when it comes in stock. Then, when I do find out from a third party that it is in stock, and order the item, and get an order confirmation…..only after that do they send yet a third email saying that it’s not available. Terrible experience so far.

Yes there was a notification in my email that said it’s on first come first basis, if your order doesn’t go through, you’ll be placed in queue.

Yes, they sent me an email maybe a week ago, stating they’re still going to keep me updated, another one yesterday…and then the final one just today, saying they’re now available!

It actually is. BH is an amazing store, but that is one of the quirks with dealing with them.

I have that same case on my N7. Sucks to have to mod an accessory after paying so much for it. I’m just going to go without the case once the dock arrives. Maybe I’ll slap on a Ghost Armor skin on it to maintain some type of protection.

My order went through with no problem, and now I just got an email that says this:

“We regret to inform you that due to a system error the ordered merchandise is not in stock.”

because B&H is a jewish store and dont let you order on friday after a certain time…sundown is a bummer lol
