So, why is it that everyone in the video was using an xbox 360 controller? I didn’t see one person using that white “NES” style controller they were touting as super comfortable.

That’s the first thing that came to my mind. From what I can tell the Gamestick uses some type of skin for gaming menus, but there’s no way in hell I’d take it over a IMITO.

^ I’d agree philnolan3d. This type of thing is kind of perfect for the casual “sometimes” gamer. I’d put myself in that category. At that price point, I could justify having it just for casual entertainment, or even for friends to mess around with. Not to mention since it’s android, might be able to run emulators and get every classic system on there (SNES, NES, Genesis, etc.). Aside from that last point, I’d equate this more to the Kindle Fire when it came out. Everyone (that were hard core tech people) said that wouldnt take because of the specs. Well, the average consumer doesnt know a thing about specs. “You mean I can play angry birds and cut the rope on my TV? Awesome give me that!” is more like what you’d see. We all know, the Kindle Fire was marketed towards the masses…even the uninitiated. Think that worked well. Not saying saying this will be as successful as that, Amazon has better marketing budget. But this could be very successful in it’s own right. I’d say more than OUYA, but that’s all guessing at this point.
