Considering the OEM extended battery adds a few hour and is the same size as the stock battery, I’d be willing to argue it is.

Then again I don’t have to worry about battery life much since I’m usually by a computer and have a portable charging pack for when I’m not.

That is so true, I had the Rezound and i just got my mom’s GN after I gave her my 8X, and yup, the Rezound can hold 3-4 bars of 4G at 10-15 mbps, while the GN is at 1-2 bars of 4G at 3-5 mbps at the same area. Sometimes it won’t even get 4G.

I don’t regret spending $260 for a used, excellent condition Nexus just a few months ago. Unfortunately, it has the headphone jack sticking issue now. This is still the phone to have on Verizon, in my opinion. Contract is up in May and it will be time to shop around. Sadly, Sprint has terrible service around here, AT&T and T-Mobile are not much better.

Bought one. Amex card provides the warranty I need above/beyond what the site offers.
Just this past October Verizon offered the same CPO GNex was $249 w/ 1 year warranty.

A huge scratch on the screen isn’t exactly what one would call a blemish. Cracks can expand over time and functionality can be lost because of it.

Yeah but there’s buyer beware and then there’s this. Misrepresenting the condition of a product you’re selling is pretty unethical. I’d love to hear a positive experience from this site, but I’ve yet to have one myself. As a person who buys plenty of products from other sites in recertified/reconditioned states, I can assure you by far daily “steals” is the worst.
