We have had some similar reports of supported devices not showing as supported on the Google Play Store. We are working with the Google Play Store to make sure that all compatible devices are available and we are asking for more information from users experiencing this issue. We would like for you to reply to this email with the following pieces of information. Please go into your Settings, About Phone and provide me with the Model Number, Android Version, Service Provider, and your Region (Country) so we can get this fixed for you.
