I didn't expect so many responses, obviously S5 wont happen. but the S4 Prime quad core Krait will be available then and can be clock up 2.5 GHz. 4 GB of ram sounds dumb to me now that i read it again and samsung just started making the 2 GB chip phones are using now. 128 GB of storage OS possible but would be expensive and given Google love for the cloud 16 GB is much more likely. Bluetooth 5.0 standard doesn't exist yet and would take awhile to show up in products after its Specification is adopted. I like of idea of a smaller HD phone like the Razr M with a 720p Super LCD 3.

VoLTE is only a reality for Verizon. Their LTE Network roll out will be finished shortly after IO. with VoLTE service coming later that year. VoLTE has been in works and testing ever since Verizon got LTE. It is coming soon.

I can dream VZW will get a Moto Nexus someday right, or maybe Google is saving that as an exclusive for their own wireless network....

Allow me to point out that I didn't say LTE would be widespread, I just said if they enable LTE only and VoLTE, I would be able to utilize it with a VoLTE only phone without issues since I have excellent coverage in my town. I know they won't enable it until their coverage matches their 3G footprint though, so they've got about a year to go.

Allow me to point out the phrase "VoLTE only", meaning exclusive. Then allow me to remind you there's still quite a few places that don't have LTE. There won't be a VoLTE exclusive device released until after carriers have A widespread LTE coverage, and B have released phones that have VoLTE in general.

I still wouldn't get it that late. It's already not supported by AOSP, let alone if Verizon got their hands on it. It'd never receive an OTA

Honestly, it's perfect timing. Almost a year after it was unveiled, it's only a month earlier than last year. It's likely, but I don't know about those specs. With what they accomplished with the N4, I wouldn't be surprised to see another S4 Pro or maybe an A15 Exynos Quad in it. I think I'd rather have the Exynos Quad over the S4 Pro, but we'll see in 6 months :)

... I have LTE coverage all over my town, I could utilize VoLTE without any issues (if they enable it). The most unrealistic part of that is the S5, in my opinion. The 4GB Ram is easily attainable, the 128GB storage is easy as well (makes me wonder why they don't utilize more), the POS camrea is already in use and the display is extremely similar to the RAZR M's (with 720p instead of qHD).
