In my opinion, Sprint has no business interfering with this merger between MetroPCS and T-Mobile. They already have a leg up in the mobile market, Not to mention, their one of the top three carriers that carry the iPhone along with VirginMobile AT&T and Verizon, T-Mobile and MetroPCS do not. Sprint also has BoostMobile, VirgiMobile and Nextel as apart of their mobile family. T-Mobile is just trying to recover from the failed merger with AT&T that cost them alot of subscribers. and merging with MetroPCS would be beneficial. Sprint has no right to intervene.

Deal and agreement has already been made with Tmobile and metropcs. Why would metropcs back out of the deal then pay all that money to Tmobile and it’s parent company to back out of the deal??. Then turn around and agree with Sprint that makes NO SENSE whatsoever. Sprint had it’s chance and there own board said no. Message to Sprint… BUZZ OFF…. Go focus on your now network it’s falling apart.
