so would this be like sprint and boost? or can you purchase a t mobile phone to be used through metro??? also metro is not covered in ALL states would this make it more usable in the states that do not have Metro???

CDMA to W-CDMA is quite a simple change… it took AT&T a few short months to re-farm their Alltel divestiture areas that included entire states… and T-Mo is already re-farming their own PCS for W-CDMA…. otherwise known as UMTS and upgraded to HSPA+…. Metro has LTE on AWS…. and a tiny native PCS network…. smart buy.
