This will need a super fast processor to push all those pixels. Look at the performance between Asus infinity and Asus 300 (better performer, low pixel density). This thing will need a 2ghz processor.

I don’t believe the HTC phone sporting this display will be a Nexus phone, for the simple fact that it doeant have the superior onscreen nav buttons. Google would never allow capacitive buttons on a Nexus, especially since with htc’s layout, it leads to a massive on screen menu button for apps that haven’t supplied their own

@Kellex No 448ppi is not the highest, my Canon T3i’s display has around 480ppi.

I mean, it all depends on what the cake is to you. To me, the cake would be power savings. I’d be perfectly fine with 720p with improved power savings while some want the bigger screen with higher resolution over the power thing… Down the road (probably sooner than later) we WILL be able to have both.
