Yeah it gets pricey when you add the shipping, however if you buy a case, you are essentially paying $8.80 per each one so not too bad. It is best to add 1 at a time to your cart to see where the shipping cutoff is for the best deal. For example, if you buy 9 of them, the shipping is $9 and some change, if you buy 10 then it goes above $12.

Probably to give people a chance who may be at work or in school taking an exam! (like I was) or other such scenarios. But as far as I am aware, this is how they have done it for the last several releases. They did it for the Chinese New Year ones as well as the toy soldier one that came out last xmas and I assume the ones before that.

Yes it is, but just last week I ordered the chocolate cupcake one off of Amazon for $ + $13 shipping to complete my series 2 collection. It sure beats paying $40 for it everywhere else like on eBay. But for any of the non-rare ones, it is too much.
