There are two that have them and a dev said it’s an easy mod to make so I’m hopeful. Check xenon.

I also need long press back to kill and the power toggles. I’ll stay on ICS until these are all available

What are you talking about? CM9 on my S3 had notification light customization.. if I wasn’t on CM10 I would screenshot it for you but it was definitely there.

Even with native functionality I still use Light Flow. More options and customization, and it was just updated to work properly with JB now.

They do have toggles in CM9 including the flashlight. To change the buttons go to Settings then choose System then press Notification drawer and you’ll see the option for Widget buttons.

I would love to see them bring back the lock screen (lockscreen?) gestures from CM7 – That was THE best feature ever in any ROM in my opinion, and I really miss it.
