I have flashed many many many ROM’s when i had the Original Droid, and I am rooted running AOKP. But i have never flashed a factory image. Everything i have always done was a .zip file. Thanks for any direction. I have been thinking about going back to non rooted on this for a while.

LTE is based on GSM, so you’re correct there.

Or is it they only have LTE chips from Qualcomm now so they aren’t releasing the source for it?

I guess I am a little behind on the tech specs these days. :-(
