I went Commando over a year ago and still like this phone alot. I work in industrial emergency response and I can tell you that this phone can really take the abuse. It is rugged and highly water resistant. The down side is that the screen is less sensitive than other smartyphones and the processor is slower. And of course there is the bloatware that you can’t delete that takes up alot of the phones internal memory.

I honestly wanted one of these since they’re so durable but realistically it’s not a phone the dev community focuses on.

I have this as my work phone and it is awesome for durability, but the screen is so thick that you sacrifice some sensitivity. But if they are active outdoors and want an indestructible phone this one is perfect.

My Son and a co-workers husband are both interested in this phone. I would enjoy hearing comments good and bad with regard to it. I would rather my son get the RAZR, but his last phone took a beating, so this may be the one to go with.

My son and daughter both have this phone and it’s held up great for them. My daughter is hell on phones and this Casio has taken a true beating. Even the screen has not been cracked by her. A true accomplishment! Damn good phone.
