Well if that leaked picture of the Incredible 4G is real, then it appears to be 4.3″, which makes sense. Inc 1 was 3.7″, Inc 2 is 4″ (which I currently own and love). It only makes sense that the Inc 4G is bumped up to 4.3″. Plus, I tried to eyeball the size of the leaked Inc 4G picture based on the size of the mini USB connector compared to my Inc 2, and it does appear to be bigger than 4″.

But yea, I’m still crossing my fingers that it remains 4″, but even at 4.3″, I just might get it. The Rezound was too thick…

agree….Rezound screen looks better than Razr’s but not as good as Nexus, which doesn’t look as good as Spectrum’s….qHD is sad

kinda like it went Incredible = fantastic phone, Thunderbolt (ok we’re trying this whole 4G thing), Incredible 2 (forget 4G for now this phone rocks) and it is still probably the best working phone I’ve ever seen, Rezound (ok so thiiiss is how you make a 4G phone), Incredible 4G (ya so that rezound thing, thanks for helping us test out our new ONE line ahead of time, here’s an upgrade btw it’s an Incredible and those are as close to perfect as possible, take it and be happy)….and then we’ll get whatever phone they’ve used the ONE X as a guinnea pig for.

It’s not really a OneS, it’s kind of a hybrid OneS / OneX. The OneS has the MSM8260 which has no LTE on the chip. It has the same screen resolution and form factor as the S, but the processor (MSM8960) of the X. I think this is the best of both worlds – smaller size, bigger processor. Except that it won’t have removable SD or battery. Hopefully it will have the X battery (1800mah) instead of the S battery (1650).

I disagree. When viewing websites, having the extra resolution of a 720p display is very helpful.

Maybe on Verizon with no prior reference, but for HTC, really the Evo which came out a month later was a much better device and far more of a flagship than the Incredible ever was. Plus Q2 2010 saw the ramp up of Android phones everywhere so to say it was head of a small pack isn’t much of a victory. Either way my point is valid as the entire Incredbile S line of last year solidified the great but not bleeding edge tier that it is, which is carrying through now. However the Inc 4G will be the last of it’s kind as HTC moves all future releases under the One Brand.

I really don’t see how this comment is valid considering the original DInc was considered a top tier device when it was released. The original, at release, was one of the best, cutting edge, top of the line Android phones. HTC has turned the Inc line from a top of the line to a mid level entry device and that doesn’t do justify to the original, similar to the orginial DROID and it’s predecessors
