Well, since there is not much real information here, here is what I have gathered from the forums:
- Fixes the buffer overflow in ASUS backup that RazorClaw used to get root.
(root before applying this update or you may be out of luck until another method is discovered)
- Fixes some typing lag issues
- Fixes HDMI output for some TVs
- Improved stock browser page loading speed
- Some have claimed improved sound output

I am still sitting on 8.6.5.19 and debating on whether I want to root or not. I would really like to be able to swap Titanium backups between my ASUS Transformer and my already rooted Acer Iconia to keep things in sync. I also have a business need in that I use an app called SonicWall NetExtender (which actually requires root) to get through our company's firewall and bring up my work PC desktop on my Iconia. I would much rather do this on my Transformer, but I also don't want to interfere with getting ICS when it finally becomes available. Many have said that there is no problem going from 8.6.5.19 to 8.6.5.21 if you use something like OTA RootKeeper, but I am worried about it interfering with the more major upgrade to ICS. Does anyone have any real information on how merely having a rooted su binary out there could really affect the upgrade to ICS as long as you aren't doing a bunch of major stuff like installing custom recoveries and freezing so called "bloatware"?

I didn't. I have not had an unrooted android phone yet but I didn't see any reason to root my TF. The only app I could possibly see needing root was adremover and I just didn't care.
