Have tip from reliable source inside Motorola that the Droid 4 will be released for Black Friday. He has been testing for months and says all efforts are being made to have it released by then.

To me, the RAZR is the 4G Droid X3 or Droid X2 v2.0. Doesn’t mean it’s better than the Bionic (unless you count the Super AMOLED screen), but it’s likely much better than the X2 (aside from the PowerVR SGX540).
