The Droid X had some of the best battery life of all phones last year, I had good battery life on my Droid and the Bionic has the best battery life of all the 4G phones currently available on Verizon. HTC likes to skimp on battery, everyone else provides decent capacity.

If the specs are true it may not have the fastest processor but it beats the crap out of my Droid X. I held off on the Bionic because I knew that true 1280×720 res display were coming out. As for the camera I don’t care if it’s 8mp or 5mp, just that it take decent shots and is quick. This is a worthy upgrade from my Droid X. My next draft pick would be the HTC Vigor.

qHD is 960×540 or one quarter of 1080p, not 720p. 720p is 1280×720. Once again, you won’t be able to notice a difference between the two at sub 5″ screen sizes unless you take a magnifying glass or zoom lens to it. You will notice some of the pattern effect from the pentile vs non-pentile though. Yes, the Bionic has pentile, yes it’s noticeable but I live with it just fine, especially in bright sunlight. Obviously RGB stripe is better. Let’s see if you cry about pentile on the AMOLED HD as much as you do about the Bionic’s screen.
