Actually, since most Android news/rumor sites have been all posting the same thing over the past week or so, with sources semi-confirming a lot of these rumors, it seems that he did the right thing by being forthright in the beginning. I would say that in addition, you have shown yourself to be quite ridiculous.

If the Samsung Galaxy Droid Prime doesn’t have LTE I will throw my OG through a wall… It will survive untouched because it’s the best device that Verizon has released. Although I laugh at the thought of it not having LTE, I guess we really don’t know yet. How badass would it be if they had a commercial for this SGDP which featured it’s granddad?

I was exceedingly satisfied with my Droid X until the Gingerbread update. Since then I’ve had all manner of problems, none of which went away with the application of the bugfix that was released recently. Only way I can get streaming audio to work without interminable gaps is to go into settings and kill mail apps and anything else that looks like it might be competing for bandwidth, memory, or priority. Lots of other problems too.

I was all set to jump to the Bionic til I compared the VZW store demo phone’s display to my Dx’s, so I guess I’m primed for a vigorous hardware upgrade in the next month or two.

Well the other side of it is, unless the battery life is worse than the bionic, 1.5ghz dual core on the Vigor vs. 1ghz on the bionic. No contest. I love my Motorola D1 but once October comes and my upgrade eligibility is here, I’m going to really have to figure out which is the best phone. I’m hoping for Nexus with vanilla Android “experience” similar to other Nexus phones, but we’ll see what Samsung actually comes out with.
