I like the top right because its able to be accessed the easiest in the most positions for right handed people. But honestly it all depends on which finger you use to unlock, which hand your holding it with, how many hands you use, and the orientation your holding it.

i have mine set (thunderbolt) to wake the screen with either the power button (top right) or either of the volume keys (right side towards the top)

i use screen off and lock as an invisible shortcut on the 3rd row down, 4th slot all the way to the right.

works out great for me

It was top right on my OG. Its top left on my Bionic. I’m perfectly fine either way. So I’m gonna have to vote “I’m not retarded and know how to press a button”

I’ve always like to have the option to wake the phone up with the volume keys along with the power button.
I know some people don’t like it because it can constantly leave the screen on if the phone is in the pocket, but it has never happened to me with a case to protect my phone.

Fortunately I am a human and humans can adapt to new things very quickly. I had the button on the right with the OG Droid, in the middle with the Droid X, and now on the left with the Bionic. Amazingly my fingers are nimble enough to accommodate all three of these locations with identical ease!
